We need at least 5 points from our next 4 games to stay on track and have a chance of surviving

With Muamba and DJ in midfield and O'Connor with a hattrick ...

Fair point, but I think we need all 12 from them games to give us a realistic chance of staying up.

The way we play now it could be:

Ncastle (H) 0 points
Reading (A) 1 point
ManC (H) 0 points
Wigan (A) 0 points :banghead:

Total: 1 point ...

ManC (H) -they were lucky last match against us

thats what i thought ,
Alex will not do that ,its not in his set up ,
Zarate will need to bed in ,sorry ,lots of action right now but will need to adjust to the prem,
Forsell is not fit enough for this league ,sorry,
i agree with the centre mid bit,if we play dj or nafti there put a creative player next to him,
but neither Alex OR BRUCIE agree.
i like having Jaidi in the side it gives us options at both ends.

the theory is... Mcleish has great record against o'neill, in head to head clashes... blues will have more fight at that stage; fulham... already relegated; blackburn, nothing left to play for, and we will rise to the occasion; but it's a close call, of course.

i'm afraid if you've run out of cannabis i can't help you

Here's mine

Sat 9 15:00 A West Ham Utd WIN
Sat 23 12:45 H Arsenal LOSE
March
Sat 1 15:00 H Tottenham WIN
Sat 8 15:00 A Portsmouth LOSE

Sun 20 12:00 A Aston Villa WIN
Sat 26 15:00 H Liverpool DRAW
May
Sat 3 15:00 A Fulham WIN
Sun 11 15:00 H Blackburn DRAW

25 points from 39 points ...will put us on 46 points and possible 10th or 11th place finish.....we could even afford to drop 5 or 6 points if you think I'm being too optimistic and we''ll still be safe by April ....as AM said there's a long way to go,the season finishes in mid May,NOT the first weekend of February

Sat 8 15:00 A Portsmouth LOSE
Mon 17 20:00 H Newcastle draw
Sat 22 15:00 A Reading draw
Sat 29 15:00 H Manchester City lose
April
Sat 5 15:00 A Wigan Athletic lose

Sun 20 12:00 A Aston Villa draw - sorry

i do remember some of our past relegation battles when we played like championship contenders towards the end of the season, with long unbeaten spells...
so i would like to believe that the end-of-season 9 match unbeaten run you have suggested could materialise...
not sure if we can do that, but i have us finishing strongly as well and still possibly surviving...KRO
